Who provides the service

These terms apply to the carcharger.city website and the STRUM mobile app (“Зарядні станції електромобілів”). The service is provided by the developer SERENITY GAMES. Contact: [email protected].

What this service is

carcharger.city is a directory of charging stations in Ukraine. We show where to charge, what state the ports are in and what it costs. We are not a station operator, we do not start charging sessions and we do not take payments.

Price

Using the service is free. There are no ads, subscriptions or paid features. An account is only needed to keep favourites and your car profile.

Accuracy of the data

The data is collected from open sources, operator feeds and driver reports. Every fact is shown with its source and age. We do not guarantee completeness or absence of errors: a station may turn out to be occupied, without power, or on a different tariff than shown.

Community contributions

By sending a check-in, an edit or a photo you confirm that you have the right to share that data and allow us to display it in the service. Edits go through moderation.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from a mismatch between the data shown and the actual state of a station.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are shown in the app and on the site before they take effect.
