Delete your STRUM account
To delete your account and associated personal data, open your profile in a browser and sign in. In the account deletion section, confirm with your current password. You do not need to install the app. Deletion processing is completed within 30 days.

This policy applies to the carcharger.city website and the STRUM mobile app (“Зарядні станції електромобілів”). The app developer is SERENITY GAMES, who is also the controller of personal data. For any questions about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
On the website without an account — anonymised visit statistics (Google Analytics; in EU countries only with your consent): page, time, device type. The STRUM app does not collect analytics and does not use advertising identifiers. With an account — your name, email address, favourites, car profiles, saved routes and your check-ins. Technical request data — IP address, device type and app version — is written to server logs to protect against abuse and diagnose failures.
Location
We request location access when you use nearby search or plan a route from your location. Coordinates are sent to the service to find stations and calculate routes. Generated routes, including the coordinates of their points, are stored so you can reopen and replan them. There is no background tracking.
Cookies
Technical cookies — session, language and theme choice — are needed for the site to work. Google Analytics cookies are set in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only with your consent — you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. In other countries, including Ukraine, they are set without a separate prompt. There are no advertising cookies.
Photos
EXIF location data is stripped from submitted photos automatically, before the photo becomes visible to anyone else.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or pass it to advertising networks. Website visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics as described above. Data is stored on the servers of hosting providers acting on our behalf. Data may be disclosed to anyone else only when required by law.
Security and retention
Data between the app, the website and the server is transmitted only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Technical logs are kept for a limited time needed for security and diagnostics and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data together with your account. Deletion takes effect within 30 days. Send any other requests about your data to [email protected].
Children
The service is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
The current version is always published on this page with its date. We will announce significant changes in the app and on the website.
